what can i do to help myself build muscle!?
are there any muscle groups im neglecting!?
are push ups or bench press better for you!?

Answers:
First of all your not squatting enough weight to hurt you back!.

When you get to repping 315 pounds we will talk about getting a belt!.

You need a real gym or at least a power rack and a real workout!.

Im not even going to tryWww@Answer-Health@Com

depends what age you are, if you are teen in your growing stages weights are bad since your still growing, stick with pushups and sit ups so when you do get around to lifting weights it will be easier, but if you can lift weights each time you exercise vary it each day, so

1st day -- biceps, triceps, deltoids

2nd day -- legs

3rd day -- core

but also keep your diet in sync with your exercise, exercising wont build bigger muscles so try and intake a good amount of protein along with vitamins, carbs etc

also try supplements, like whey protein or whatever

1) change you routine here and there!.
2) wrk your msucles at different angles/speeds
3)bench is better if you wanna up your strength!. pushups are for endurance/toneing
4)try deadlifts
5)maybe suppluments!? i use muscle milk(MM)/wheyWww@Answer-Health@Com

1)do more reps
2)do a little more leg and shoulder
3)depends which one you want, triceps or chest!. benching does both but depending on the position of your arms a pushup can do one, the other, or both!.
4)try lungesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just give up it is too Time ConsumingWww@Answer-Health@Com

It more depends on what kind of muscle you want!. If you want to be able to lift a lot of weight benching is better!. If you want to handle your own weight better push ups!. The benching workout i suggest for people under 21 (because your body is still growing and you can damage the muscles) is find a weight you can comfortably lift about 10 times (shouldn't be to hard but shouldn't be easy either) Start there then add 5-10 IBS!. and bench that 5 or 6 times!. 10 More Ibs!. and do it 3 times!. By now you should be close to your max!. Add enough weight so its gonna be hell to get up!. You shouldn't be able to finish it by yourself you should have a spotter HELP you!. Make sure he makes you work for it though!. Hope it helps I know it doesn't answer all your questions but I used this bench workout for my schools Iron man challenge and went from benching my body once, to 10 times in a little over a month! And you should only do this workout 2-3 times a week anymore and your damaging the muscles and doing more harm then good!Www@Answer-Health@Com
