I work out all the time, but my lower abs are not cooperating! HELP!!!?!


Question:

I work out all the time, but my lower abs are not cooperating! HELP!!!?

And I have a slim body.. but I have a round little *** and that's stubborn too. I guess I'm not going to try too hard on that though, I kinda like it.

I have scoliosis so it is hard to find ab work outs that don't hurt my back... help!

**I'm not trying to lose weight here. I am 5'9" and 125 pounds. I just wanna "tone up" if you get what I'm saying.

Lower abs can be some of the toughest sections to get rid of (along with the love handles).

You say you have a "slim" body, but how slim? You really have to get the body percent down to see those lower abs, and the only way you're going to do that is by eating better (sorry, there's no way to reduce fat in specific areas of the body).

The rules are 1) look to eating lean pieces of protein, 2) something leafy (a nice side salad with each meal without dressing), and 3) something fruity.

As for exercises, hanging leg raises will target the lower abs. It's going to be hard to find exercises that exercises that area and that don't impact your back.

If you're looking for a simple workout and nutrition tracker, there are a lot on the web, but this one seems to be the simplest to follow.
