How many calories do you consume and burn off in a day?!

Question: How many calories do you consume and burn off in a day!?
What is your age, weight and height, and roughly how many calories do you think you consume and burn off in a day!? What calorie intake and amount of calories burnt have you found most effective for safe weight loss (without starving yourself/feeling hungry all the time)!?

I'm 22, 8st and 156cm!. I estimate that I consume about 1200 calories a day (including drinks) and burn off 200!. I've been told this isn't healthy for my metabolism, though, so I'm considering upping my calorie intake a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone's different and burn off a different amount of calories because not everyone's metabolism is the same!. 1200 calories is very low!. The government suggests around 2000 is good to maintain weight!. So if you're planning to diet, anywhere between 1500-1900 is good, depending on your metabolism!. I would suggest seeing a nutritionist for a healthy meal plan, but there are calculators to help you decide how much you should eat!.
