I'm short for a fifteen year old !?
My mom is 5 6 but I'm still 4 10 I havent grown in 6 months do you know how to get taller?
Please HELP!!!!!!!!
Answers:
1. give yourself time. you are not done growing yet.
2. make sure you get a full nights rest. Your body actually does all its growing while you are sleeping.
3. don't smoke (or quit if you do) there are some studies that indicate it can stunt your growth.
