Question: Would this work!? (Weight loss)
I want to lose around 3!.5stones, I don't really mind how long it takes as I was to develop a healthy lifestyle in the long run anyway!.

Wake up at 4!.45am!.
Walk dog for 30 minutes at 5am!.
Do a fitness workout DVD at 5!.30am
Shower at 6!.30am
Breakfast at 7!.15am
*boring work here*
Lunch at 12:30pm
*boring bit again*
Snack at 3:15pm
Dinner at 5pm
Short 15 minute workout on treadmill at 6!.30pm
Bed at 9!.30pm-10!.30pm!.

I am aiming to eat 1,400 (healthy) calories per day, eating a lot of protein!.
I think it is pretty good, but I'm quite a beginner!

I'm guessing I'll burn quite a few calories doing the walking dvd!?
Can you give me an aprox number of how many!?

Other advice/tips!?

That is a great work out plan!.

I can see from what you have done, you really want this!. Thats just great!.

Now when your doing this please make sure you have a positive mind set about it, if you don't you will lose concentration and motivation!. That will lead to stress and discomfort which will stop you carrying on!.

It would be better if you stop drinking any kind of juices or fizzy drinks in this time!. Drink about 2 liters of pure water a day!. This will fasten your metabolism big time!. And also get rid of toxins which build up fat!.

Now if you can't go on without juice i suggest you buy some strawberries and bananas and make some home shakes!. But don't add sugar as it will kill most of the nutritions in the fruit!.

In your dinner try not to include sweetcorn at all as it is hard to digest and slows your metabolism overnight!.

In the mornings when you wake up, Before your walk, have a green apple, and a banana with a glass of water!. Your walk will be twice as good if you do!.

Last thing is your workout on the treadmill!.

First thing start with a 3 minute warm up going at a slow pace!. After the 3 minutes do this!.

30 seconds as fast as you can
1 minute slowly
30 seconds as fast as you can
1 minute slowly
15 seconds as fast as you can
30 seconds slowly
30 seconds as fast as you can
30 seconds slowly
30 seconds as fast as you can
30 seconds slowly
30 seconds fast
10 seconds slowly
30 seconds fast

3 minutes slowly and finish

If you do it this way you will burn 3 times as much then just going at a normal pace for 20 mins!.

Please be aware that weight loss is successful with a lot of patience!.

if you exercise that much, you should loose weight in a snap!. but, you really should eat breakfast within an hour of when you wake up!. for me, the earlier you eat the longer you have to burn it off!.

i eat around 1,100 calories per day with usually no exercise, and i'm gaining weight! so you should have not much trouble with this diet!. but make sure you're eating nutritionously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well ive just lost 3 stone in about 5 minths through slimming world with half an hours walk everyday, starting pilaties soon to trim up the wobbly bits! i think you'll burn out with the routine you have, its very regimented and you risk getting fed up quickly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is like 1 hr & 45 mins of activity! I think as long as your calories are at 1400 (which is kinda low) you should be losing weight!.

Theres lots of free online diarys you can log all the food you eat there
for example you just type in apple or cottage pie etc & they count the calories for you!.
there will also be a fat burner section
eg you tell it youve walked for half hour at a steady pace etc & it will count how many calories youve burned ect!.i find them really good !.heres one i use www!.calorie-count!.com !.
theres lots of different free calorie count diarys if you dont want to use that one just type in your asearch engine free calorie counter n lots will come up but i found that 1 the best

there are 3 types of excercise you can get a basic understanding of how many calories it will burn depending on how intensive it is!.
If you are working or excercising and not out of breath, say for example slowly walking a dog, this will get you around 200kcals per hour!. If your able to get your heart rate up but keep a normal converstation going, this is around 3 or 400kcals per hour, if your out of breath and ant talk to anyone, are sweating and cant push it any further, this is about 600 to 700 kcals per hour!.

This will all vary depending on 1!. what size you are already, 2!. your age and 3!. your current state of fitness!. The bigger you are, the younger you are and the fitter you are, the more calories you will burn!. The above is all for someone aged between 18 to 30 aporx and 9 to 10 stone at 5 ft 5 and above!.

But what you eat will also affect how much you burn!. If you eat below 1500kcals, your metablolsim will slow!. This is because your body will be storeing fat and carbs as it thinks your starving it!. Do yourself a favor, keep your diet to a 1500kcals minimum, try 1800kcals and do your excercise, you will loose just as much weight!. No matter how much excercise you do, if your not eating enough, your metabolsim will just slide back to negative once you stop, you need to keep your food levels up to a decent level or you will at best maintain, and at worst, cause yourself to binge eat as you cant control the hunger, or put on weight as your metabolism slows and workout dvds become unbearable!.

If your BMI is high, see your doctor, get some sound nutritional advice as not just the types of food you eat, but the amount of food you eat will all make a difference!. Alternatively, go and see ytour nearest weight watchers group for support!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
