Whats the longest amount of time you have done without any proper sleep??!

I'm a chronic insomniac!. I once didn't sleep at all for a month!. I mean I literally stayed awake 24/7 for a month!. After 3 weeks I landed in hospital!. About 2 days into my stay my heart shut down!.
Of course it's only because I was too stubborn to go to the doctor!.

I now have times where I don't sleep for a week or I sleep badly for 3 or 4 weeks!.

At 72 hours you have insomnia!. Go to a doctor now!.
If you haven't slept for 2 days you're in trouble!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 days when I was studying all night every night!. math, Latin, history exams all in one day!. 103% math, 101% Latin, 98% history!. I don't recomend it!.
