Cardio before toning or after toneing?
trying for abs i have four at the top yay me. and i want to continue i do 300 situps then run about 3km. I usaully also go biking justr for fun at differnt times. But Cardio BEFORE OR AFTER WORKOUT????????

Cardio is usually after workout...
Because your glycogen stores get used up whle u are working out...so when you do cardio after that ...your body burns fat because it has no more ready energy available.
it has to be over 20 mins however.
