I'm guessing you are trying to gain weight in the form of muscle!. To do so, you need to eat around 4000 calories a day composed of high calorie, high carb, and high protein meals (chicken, steak, potatoes, pasta to name a few)!. I strongly reccomend you also buy a weight gainer, which is basically a protein shake with some more carbs added in!. I use cyto-gainer and I have gained about 25 pounds over a 4 month period, and have gotten alot stronger!. Ofcourse, you should be hitting the weights about 4-5 times a week too!.
