Will i gain my weight back as soon as i quit this diet?

I ve been on a diet now for 5 days and ive lost 9 pounds. Its a seven day diet and i have only 2 days left on it, will i gain the weight back as soon as i go off?

yes and a few pounds more because now your body thinks it is starving and will pack on the pounds. Most successful dieters end up heavier than those who are not successful.
Unless you completely change your diet like go all vegetarian or health food and can't eat preservatives or something that lasts a life time.
