Is it possible to get a six pac in just under 2 months??!


Question: Is it possible to get a six pac in just under 2 months!?!?
I'm going on holiday on the 1st of october nd i really wanna get a six pac or sum muscle on my stomach!. so could someone please help me and give me some exercises or things to do to achieve this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course its possible!. Good exercises to help you get that six pack is by doing crunches, push ups, and pelvic lifts every single day!. 30 each!. To do proper crunches lye done on your back with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle!. Then place your behind your head to support your head!. Then time for the crunch, you raise your body while keeping your head in the same position as it was on the ground!. Dont bend your neck thats what most people when they are doing crunches!. Dont go all the way to the knees just go halfway!. Do 30 slowly then you will begin to feel a burn in your abs!. That will mean that its working!. To do pelvic lifts you have to lye in the same position as you did when doing crunches!.This time, you bring your knees to your chest as far as you can while keeping your body completely flat on the ground!. This helps your lower abs!. Do 35 reps slowly if it doesnt work for 35 do 40!. Push ups you already know!. Do 30 push ups!. You fell a burn for all these exercises, which will indicate that they are working and your doing them right!. Do each exercise 5 times '' every single day ''!. A good possibilty that you will good abs by one month and strong abs by two!. Trust me, I do this routine everyday and its really works and it hurts but its worth it!. One more thing, watch what you eat!. If you eat tons of fat it wont matter if your exercise you wont get those abs and avoid eating sugar!. Sugar will make it harder to burn fat!. It is possible if you have the right muscular potential and low body fat to start with!.

The hardest part about building a six pack is not the muscle work!. Hell, it's easy to do that!. The toughest part is losing the fat over the midsection to allow the muscles to show through!. To do that you must get a low body fat level to begin with, and losing weight takes time (at least for us girls)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
