Question: I want to loose weight !?
i want to loose 8 kilograms and have joined the gym and have booked a personal trainer!. My weight is 58 kilograms and i am 18 yr old girl and 5ft 1!. I really want some healthy eating tips!. Does green tea help!? is hot water and lemon any good !. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Green tea is good and warm water and lemon help the liver flush toxins!. Start shopping organic!. For example if you crave enchiladas while your dieting, you can get Amy's organic enchiladas for a fraction of the calories and fat verses the regular kind with all the trans fat!. Sorry to say but low carb diets make people bitchy and weight loss isnt necessarily permanant!. Try consuming veggies, fruit, and lean protein while also working out!. We'll, tea, hot water and lemon are not a quite a scientific proven methods to loose weight, changing diet and exercise is!.

Eat less fat (reduce fatty desserts or sub for healthier ones such as soy based)

theres the atkins diet that i did, and in 9 months i lost 27lbs!.! i know people who did it and lost weight too! all you eat as much as you want is, meat, cheese, fish , and eggs, for snacks i ate fruits, veggs, and nuts! love it, do it, and lose it! thanks byeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Along with what the previous poster said, you should try to Run at the gym and lift weights!. It will help more than diet alone!. Just don't over do it, or you will burn muscle too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
