I have been trying to lose weight...!


Question: I have been trying to lose weight!.!.!.
I had a baby 11 months ago and i am 20 pounds over weight!. I know i can lose it, i watch fit tv and i love to excersize and i eat great when i am motivated, but this lasts only a few days!. i have kind of a stressful relationship and need more time to myself to go out and enjoy myself, but when i cant do these things what can i do to keep me motivated!. its like i start a new diet every week because i cant just stick to it! what do some people do to stay happy, energetic and excited to see yourself progress through regular excersize and activity!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first 2 weeks are the hardest!. Once you have been in a routine for 2 weeks and you start to feel better and you have more energy then everything will be easier!. You've had a lifetime of forming bad habits, what makes you think you can change that in a couple of days!? You have to decide to do it and then just DO IT and do it for yourself not for anybody else!. You will need to change your mind set to a more positive one and stop using excuses like "I'm in a bad relationship"!. calorie shift your food intake healthily(portion control and eat on time!.!.!.dieting is useless) and do cardio & toning exercises 6 days a week!.!.you have to do this for life to remain slim and healthy!.!.!.stay away from fad diets and stay confident in your efforts!.!.!.do only exercies that you can really tolerate!.!.!.try listening to music while doing cardio!.!.!.rest a day weekly and have all your favourite cheat meals on that day!.!.!.meditation may giv you extra motivation!.!.!.you need a minimum of 2 months to safely shed 20 lbs,so dont fret!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could try not dieting but just eating really healthy like lots of fruits and vegetables and protein!. also try to burn more calories then you take in and make exercising fun don't just lift weights or run you could dance to some music or somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

counting calories is the only way ive ever seen anyone lose weight and ive seen all kinds of people on different diets!.allow your self so many calories a day and stick to it but read up and make sure you are staying healthy also dont starve yourself or make yourself sickWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think the most important things is to only eat when you are hungry, and only eat until you are full!. definately don't starve yourself, but try to catch yourself when you are "over-eating" if you do at all!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
