When working out, whats the best way to lose stomach fat?

I dont know wich machine to do for the best results for stomach fat loss.


Answers:

Do a mixture of cardio (running, swimming, etc.) and muscle build-up (crunches, weights, etc.). Eat a low calorie (but still healthy, with enough calories and nutrients) diet. Don't focus on just your stomach. You will lose fat in more places than your stomach if you exercise and eat right.
