How do i lose weight when i cant get off the computer and get outside when i hav!


Question: How do i lose weight when i cant get off the computer and get outside when i have a big yard!?
I am 13 years old and school is starting soon but im in no shape!. I have some big trails in my back yard but i never go on them!. I have 2 acres of land but i just dont find my self out there!. I am short and at risk of being overweight!. I am 4 10" and 107 pounds!. I play three sports hockey, soccer, and baseball!. Can someone please help me out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, for one YOUR NOT OVERWEIGHT AT ALL! 107 pounds for a 13 year old isn't bad! I'm 4'11 and I'm 103 and I'm 13 years old!. So your not much bigger than me at all! I'm not overweight either!. I'm perfect weight!. But, if you don't think your healthy then do something about it! Eat healthier and if you have a huge backyard make use of it! Get off the computer, and go have some fun! Invite some friends over to go around and explore with!. The most important tips are
1!. Exercise! Find something fun to do like bike riding! Keep practicing all those sports you do!
2!. Think of all the advantages of losing weight instead of thinking of all the disadvantages of gaining weight!
3!. Eat healthy! For example
Breakfast:Yogurt! Special K Cereal
Lunch:Whatever you want! Just don't add lots of unhealthy things such as salt or butter!.
Dinner:Same as lunch!
Tip: More color in your meals is better than all one color!. Like for example a good meal for dinner could be a piece of salmon, broccoli, and rice!
Have fun with it! Eat healthy and exercise is all you need!

4'10'' and 107 isn't that bad, but you could always try keeping some dumbbells or those elastic bands (forgot the name at the moment) around to just work out a little bit while you are on the computer!. Other than that the answer is obvious, just work out more and eat healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
