How to stay motivated for the Gym?!


Question: How to stay motivated for the Gym!?
Ive made a decision once again to try and get in shape!. the first time i tired it failed i just got so unenthuasied about going!. Now i wanna go and get my body healthy!. How do I stay motivated and not lose interest again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Idea #1: write on a note card all of your reasons as to why you want to workout!. I have some suggestions:
strength; endurance; lowered BMI; healthier organs; longevity; better posture; strong muscles; flexibility; self-confidence; clothing, etc!.!.

Idea #2 Print out a picture of Heidi Klum (or some celebrity's body you envy) and bring it with you for inspiration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

realize what your body COULD be, and listen to your favorite music, but make sure its at a sort of, "pump up," pace of music!. No slow stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
