Question: How a 14 year old should loose weight
k so im a 14 year old!.im 120 pounds!.people say im really skinny!.but i have a huge pudgey tummy that i cant make go down evan if i excersize!.i have celulite under my butt and wrinkles on my butt!.i use a exfolating washclothe and that helps a bit!.if i squezee my thighs i see wrinkles!.im so tired of just dealing with this i use 2 have pre anerxia and guess i still do!.i want to look fit and i realise i wont be happy until i do!.this would be so much easier if i wasent on probation and i could go for walks instead of eating!.im not always allowed on the comp!.and i dont have money for a dvd player so i cant buy good workout tapes!.what should i do instead of eat!.can someone give me hints or ideas!.i eat really healthy until i see what my parents buy and i eat it all!.they wont stop buying the food though!.and i dont want to tell them how i feel about my body because my dad will just say im being skinny!.this bad self image of myself made me do really horrible stuff and lead me down the wrong path and its hard to get out of it!.but im trying!.can someone plz help and give me some encourgment and ideas of things to do that dont involve leaving the houseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to LOSE WEIGHT but TONE your stomach!.
It could also still be baby fat, I think!.
check the interneet for ab crunches!. Start with 10 a day, work your way up to 100 a day!.

You need a healthy lifestyle!. You should focus on fitness, not fatness!. Tell your folks that you really want to be involved with sports or exercise, and then DO IT! If you can convince them to let you join a team or go to a health club/gym, make sure you really participate!. Don't just go & then hang out with your friends!. They'll pull your privileges right away!. About "diet", you shouldn't!. Just cut out "junk food" & soda!. Eat plenty of veggies & fresh fruit!. Drink milk & eat yogurt!. You can stand to eat a lot of food if it isn't junk!. You're still developing & you really need the energy & nutrients!.

First, a lot of people say that they will be happy once they reach there goal weight, but the truth is they won't be!. And trust me, I've been through that!. And I know that you will hear this a lot, but the only SAFE and HEALTHY way to deal with this is to eat lots of fruits and veggies!. Exercise is the key to weight loss not starvation diets!. Balanced diet and exercise for young teens is important for growing bones and good skin!. Your brain is still developing and you need those nutrients!. Get yourself a bike, a headset, and a good pair of running shoes and these will be your most important tools to get in shape!. Find a book on Pilate exercises!. You might find some at your public library!. It would be a real plus if you have access to a swimming pool because swimming is great exercise!. Don't starve yourself because you will harm your insides and you don't want that!. Some anorectic people get swollen stomachs from the effect of starvation!.
