Is this enough?
If i work out everyday for at least 20 mins, before i went back to school, (which is september 2nd) would i look any different? or is 20 mins a day not long enough.

You go to school Sept. 2? I go back Aug. 24, wow. Depends what you mean by working out. If your just running for 20 minutes a day, there won't really be much of a difference. Ab workouts for 20 minutes a day will change your abs dramatically. And if you are weight lifting 20 minutes a day, I think you should do more than that to see improvement. So overall, you should probably be working out about 45 minutes a day, maybe 30 if your just trying to stay in shape.
