How can I lose weight?

i am 15 and i think i'm fat. i weigh 115 pounds. i want 2 kno how can i lose weight and look lk a model? i really need help! some 1 plz help me.

you dont sound fat to me, but I have some advice any way.

1. start a food diary, it sound sort of odd, but if your write down every little thing you eat, you really get a grasp on what you intake daily, and you can tell where to make changes.

2. at a meal divide your plate into 2 sections. a third should be a lean meat, a third should be carbohydrates, and half should be veggies.

3. Exercise. i would tell you specifically, but really ANY is good! ride your bike, go for a jog, go to a gym, play a sport, anything. just start out with cardio (exercise that gets you heart rate up, like running) in order to burn calories and lose weight. then after you've lost a few pounds, add weights, for toning up.

4. DRINK WATER! i cant say enough how good water is for you! drinking 8 glasses a day can burn 100 calories! trust me, water is like magic.
