Question: Please Help Answer Question With Diet
I've been keeping a very strict diet, but I did just have a snack!.

Nothing unhealthy, some pita chips!.

I know it's bad to eat at night, and I'm willing to stay up later to make sure that I digest the food fully!.

But I was wondering, if I do some situps/pushups will that also help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Situps will help with toning up your abs but thats about it!. Best thing you can do is stay up a little later and drink water to help speed up the digestion process, if you have enzyme supplements you can take that, so you don't have to stress as much when you eat meals late at night :-) Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure if I'm answering this the right way, but as long as you don't eat after 7:00 and get a good night's rest, you can fully digest your food while you sleep so that it doesn't get stored on!. Also, if you don't mind to, take a short walk after each meal to burn some of the calories ad you won't feel bloated later on after eating!. Sit ups will help your abdominal area if you do them the right way, and push ups will defiantly tone your arms!. Hope I helped a little!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Strict diets can add more stress to your life!. Once you stop the diet there's a good chance you'll gain back the weight and maybe more!. Instead of a deprivation diet, why not create a lifestyle of healthy, balanced eating and exercise!? Don't obsess over every calorie or deprive yourself of every yummy treat!. It's ok to cheat just a tiny bit occasionally!. Otherwise you might find yourself breaking the diet, feeling miserable, then gorging, making yourself feel lousy!.
