Packing a healthy lunch?!

Question: Packing a healthy lunch!?
I'm switching colleges, and will be going to cosmetology school 8-5 m-r!. I'm thinking that this is a good opportunity to start my diet, since I will be 30 miles away from home, and will be forced to pack my lunch & a snack!. I'm on a tight budget, and am looking for some ideas! WHat would you bring for lunch & snack that's healthy, but filling!? Also, what if there is no way to keep it cool!? THanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You should make a sandwich with whole wheat bread or something!. Or pack some yogurt and fruit, to keep you balanced with sweet and not sweet :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bananas!. Not only are they rich in potassium, but they counteract the sodium in your body to reduce water retention (bloating) and they get your muscles going for a hardy day of work!. Nonfat yogurt!. Not only do the natural bacteria help your insides digest, the calcium supply is abundant!. Cranberry juice!. It's a natural anti-oxidant!. It'll keep your body free of toxins so the stress of work doesn't take such a terrible toll on your body from eating bad foods!. Pack some carrot sticks or raisins!. Both will fill you up and still exit the body completely (maybe not so much for raisins, but raisins are nutritious anti-oxidants)!. Lastly, pack yourself a source of carbs: an egg salad sandwich on whole grain bread!. Something like that should be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
