Can you answer my question please?

Can we eat as many sugars as we want as long as we fit it in with our daily calorie intake? Also do we have to limit ourselves to nature sugars such as fruits veggies, dairy, ect. just as we should processed sugars. What makes sugars bad for you. What makes it ok to eat natural sugars, whats the difference between the two? Approximately how many grams should we consume each day?


Answers:

Sugars are a type of Carbohydrate and if you get too many they can be stored in the body as fat.

Processed sugars usually are refined with more sweeteners, and other chemicals that can be bad for your body, while natural sugars such as honey is actually good for the body's metabolism once in awhile.

Try to avoid sugar, when you can.
