The Fat Won't Shed!!!!


Question: The Fat Won't Shed!!!
The main area I'm concerned about is my thighs and arms!. No matter what I do I can never lose the fat in those areas!!! My stomach shrinks and my other body parts stay the same!.

Got any tips or exercises that will help in those areas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have that problem too!. I have these last 6 or 7 lbs of fat in my butt and hips that wont go away!. It is called stubborn fat!. My stomach is always the first to lose the fat and everything, after alot of patience and work and not giving up, follows afterwards!. Main thing is that you keep at it and dont give it, you will soon see that it will eventually burn off!. Lunges and squats (without added weight) and high reps will help the thighs alot, as well as walking fast or jogging!. Arms, try pushups!. If you have access to a gym, do the strength training machines that work shoulders, triceps and biceps!. Toning the arms will get the fat off and turn them into muscle, thus making them smaller!. I wish I could lose the fat from my love handles and stomach!.

Anyways, that's kinda strange that you still have arm fat, since arm fat is the first to go when you exercise and diet!.

Just keep doing cardio workouts, jogging is great at slimming your thighs and toning them up!.

Maybe your arm fat won't go away since you need to do weights, sometimes enough cardio is enough!. So just consider other alternatives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fat burns from all over your body, not just in one place!. If you wanna lose weight from the thighs you'll just have to be patient and keep working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
