Would walking 2 miles everyday help me loose weight?
i'm on a pretty good diet. 5'8" and i'm like 30 pounds overweight i think.
i wanted to go down 20 by mid november?

Absolutely! I have lost 13 pds without too much change in my diet since Jan and walking at least 2 miles 4 x a week.
If you walked everyday as you have said, and continue on with your diet - you should reach your goal - and maybe sooner!
Good luck! Also - I recommend the dvd, The Bar Method Designer Scultping! That really burns fat and really tones muscles quickly! You will notice a difference in 2 weeks. I borrowed it from the library.!
