Is it possible to lose fifteen pounds by sep. 9th?!


Question: Is it possible to lose fifteen pounds by sep!. 9th!?
If so, what is the best way to do this!? I've lost weight before, but it was a few years ago, and I seem to have no idea what I'm doing anymore!. Do you have any suggestions!? I'm a big snacker, and I like to eat six times a day if I can!. What would be some good meals and snacks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's really good that you snack!. studies show that eating more small meals is better for your metabolism than three large meals!. you just have to make sure that you're getting a lot of protein and that your snacks aren't processed!. also, try to keep track of how many calories you consume (there are websites that will show you how many calories certain foods have)!.

the second step is exercising!.!.!.you have to do a lot of exercise in order to achieve this goal!. lots of cardio (try to do at least thirty minutes a day but more if possible) and some strength training, too (find a routine or two and do one three times a week)!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

nothings impossible but, i wouldnt think it can happen in such a short time!. if you wanted to lose weight you should of asked 2 months ago when summer started!. that was when i started training myself to get a 6-pack!. i meet my goal and got a 6-pack and lost 20lbs while doing it!.

i also used to snack a lot on things like soda or fries at a fast food place!. but never on meat or chips because im vegetarian and i hate chips they would get my clothes and skateboard all greasy!. so i changed that soda to water or coke zero and fries to baked potatos and beans!.

for good meals eat vegetables with light ranch!. with a side of mashed potatos and drink some water, if you dont want the water get the coke zero not diet coke cause it has suger!. or subways is good i always get the veggie sub its so good and it has only 300 calories!. all the othersubs are probably good too never tried any other though!.

back of on eating 6 times a day three is enough for me just like everybody else!. for snacks dont even eat snacks replace it with water!.

always make sure to excercise a lot!. i skateboard and do boxing!. very important

sure, excercise, eat low calorie, low carb foods!.
eat fish and veggies!.
stay away from sugars!.
