I'm going to say you might lose a bit, but then you'll end up pigging out on junk food and meat and gaining it all the back since you "starved yourself" of these product!. Also, if you don't eat meat you have to find another way to get protein or your body will suffer!. Also, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Meat in an important part of your diet!. Maybe stick too chicken, and fish but dont cut meat out all together!. Cutting out the junk food will definatly help, but you should still be drinking lots of water, and watching your salt intake!. Consult a nutirionist to give you the best advice on what foods to eat!. no, you need the protien from meat!. without the meat you will feel tired and not want to exercise or do anything for that matter, but there are alternatives to meat, like protien shakes and such, but its really not worth it!. cutting the junk food out will help, but you wont see results for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
