i want to lose 10 pounds in one month to one and a half!.

i am short, so my body naturally in small!.
but i gained 5 pounds from being injured, my left knee!.
so help!?
i already do highschool and club soccer, but i need more!.

Exercise probably isn't the problem, but if have a little extra energy left try running (more!?) intervals!. 30 seconds sprint, 60 seconds jog; repeat 7-10 times!. Try that 4 or 5 times a week!. Burns more calories quicker than endurance running!. Adding a small weight lifting program can work wonders too; try some light weights if you can; you won't bulk if you stay around 15-20 reps!. Things like squats and lunges can help strengthen your knee at the same time!. In your pretty active case though, I'm guessing eating a slightly smaller portion every meal for a while would probably be the most effective way to burn it off quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
