Weight loss - will i go flabby?!


Question: Weight loss - will i go flabby!?
I'm 20 years old, and at the moment I am a NZ size 16, I'd like to be a NZ size 10-12!.

I'll be eating healthy from tomorrow and I would like to be at my goal around mid January next year!.

I plan to walk for 30 minutes, increasing to at least an hour, 5 times a week and do 100 squats and 100 sit ups each night (again, starting at 20, moving up within a few weeks)!. Also, I will do 100 light dumbbell weights each 2-3 nights!.

Given my age and routine of exercise and toning, do you think I'll be left with a lot of saggy skin!? It's really concerning me!.

I dont expect or want to be toned up like an athelete, but I'd like to look good in a dress that shows my arms (my least favourite bit!) at my 21st

Do pilates!. Pilates is an excellent workout when you're trying to drop dress sizes, because it'll tone you!. No, you won't have saggy skin, because you'll be toning yourself with exercise rather than just dropping the weight by not eating or something!. Just drink a lot of water, eat smaller portion sizes, limit your caloric intake, do pilates, and keep up with the walking!.
