Quick ways to become flexible??!


Question: Quick ways to become flexible!?!?
Okay, I have dance in a few weeks and I need to become flexible again!. Any ideas or tips or something!? Please help! ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

okay amber well i've been a dance coach for more than 4 years now and flexibility was a big problem we faced if u stretch everyday your muscles will stretch and if u make the stretches part of everyday life your muscles will eventually get used to the stretches!.

warm up, and stretch until it hurts a little then stop, then do it again, then stop etc!.!. that's how i made myself more flexible for ballet!. I still can't do the splits all the way, but i'm almost there, you just have to be patient yet persistent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretch when you wake up!. then do yoga ater in the day then stretch bfore you go to bed keep doing that and your flexible!. and stretch everypart of your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

theres not super quick way!. but start stretching whenever you can!. dont bounce when you stretch though you might snap a muscle!Www@Answer-Health@Com
