Jogging or Ellipticals?!


Question: Jogging or Ellipticals!?
I can't seem to find a way to get of my stomach fat!.
I've lost fat around that area, but it just won't go away!.
I've been using my elliptical for almost 2 months now, and even though I've lost weight, my stomach fat is still there!.
So would you recommend I start jogging or continue using my ellitiptical!?

jogging is more effective for belly fat!.!.!.i suggest you brisk walk first!.!.!.if you dont get any knee pains then progress to jogging!.!.!.if you get pains,start taking cod liver oil supplements!.!.!.you need to do toning exercises like yoga and weight lifting too!.!.!.you need to sort f srengthen all your muscles in the whole body to make them pull off your belly fat!.!.!.its the same concept as getting a 6 pack!dont diet but calorie shift your food intake!.!.!.just keep it healthy and drink only water!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that its better to switch up your routines a bit!. do elliptical some days and jogging other!. also start doing weights too!! that way, you wont get bored of doing the same thing everyday!
