Question: Help with my weight problems!
I am a 13 yr!. old girl and I am about 5' 3" and I weight about 95lbs!. I know that is the average weight for a girl my age, but I have love handles (fat on the sides of my stomach), fat on my mid-section, and on my inner thighs and I have tried almost everything to get rid of it!. And at his point I am ready for very drastic things which I would rather not do!. And I would like to lose it before school starts (which for me is Sept!. 4th)!. Any answers for my problem!? **Also, will my bust size decrease!? I am a 34B!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Eat food that is healthy - vegetables, chicken, fish, fruit!.
Live healthy!. Forget about your weight and fat distribution!. Smaller breasts are better (gymnasts, dancers) or at least, not worse!.
Exercise regularly, by walkin, jogging, swimming or an active sport!. Consult with a gym coach!.
Then

If you start strength training(lifting weights) you will tone up and lose fat, you are lucky, you dont have to much fat to lose so you probably dont need that much cardio, just start toning your arms and legs and abs and you will see those love handles tighten right up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
actually yes your bust size does decrease when you workout!.
