Why am I loosing weight really fast?!
Question: Why am I loosing weight really fast!?
I am 13, my height is 5ft 8,I weight, 220 I seem to loose weight really fast I loose 5-7lbs a week (I know I'm lucky)
I eat 1000-1100 calories a day and cycle for an hour a day!.
BTW I am 70lbs overweight
1st week: I lost 7lbs
2nd week: I lost 5lbs
3rd week: I lost 6lbs

You losing weight so fast just cause you are really fat for your age and the fatter you are the more you should lose!. A overweight person should lose about 1-2 pounds a week but since you are on the OBESE section you are losing more!.
The fatter you are the more energy your body will use during physical activities which = More calories burn!.

Along with the fact that you're going through puberty, the more you weigh the faster you lose weight!. You at 220 pounds would lose weight more quickly than someone who weighed 150 pounds!.
So as you start getting lighter, the amount of weight you lose each week will gradually decrease until, eventually, you are just maintaining your weight rather than losing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only reason is that if you are 50 lbs or more overweight, you can lose weight easier, by the week, and more of it, when drastically cutting calories!. Which is fine, as long as you are eating healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
