Treadmill and water question?!


Question: Treadmill and water question!?
My mom was gonna get a treadmill soon and I was wondering if that would be basically the same as let's say!.!.!. running around the park!? Yes I'd be running at a decent speed for a while!. I'd say it's more convenient since I could be watching TV at the same time!. Also, my brother said his best friend drank nothing but water for 2 weeks (I think) and lost about 15 pounds!. I doubt she did any exercise!. Is that possible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

treadmill is a good second to actually walking outside!. outside you perspire extra from the heat!. But inside you have cleaner air and you can adjust the treadmill to incline and decline like steps!.

It is possible to I am sure - but unsafe!. Please don't do a water drinking diet that is very unhealthy for you!. To lose weight just eat a balanced diet and exercise about 30 minutes a day!. Burn more calories than you take in!. Don't go for quick fix type of diets, i!.e!. water diets, pineapple diets, cabbage soup diets, etc!. all they do is offer you temporary weight loss and you are losing only water weight which is dangerous to do!. You can overdo anything and than it defeats your original purpose!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, it's called starving yourself and not great for keeping weight off!. As soon as your bro's friend goes back to eating a normal diet, her body is going to hoard everything she eats to prepare for the next time she decides to go two weeks without eating!.

Yeah, I'd say running a treadmill is equal to a jog in the park, if the park is fairly flat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First!. Drinking nothing but water is unhealthy!. You need food!.
Second!. If you get a treadmill you're more likely to exercise because you don't have to enter the outside world and run the risk of being mugged/killed/hit by a car!. So if you don't have to pay for this treadmill, then go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 treadmills are good!.!.!.yes its the same!.!.!.2 ya you can lose 15 pounds from not eating for 2 weeks!.!.!.your body is starving for 2 weeks!.!.!.its really unhealthy and your brothers friend is going to gain it all back as soon as they start eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the water thing is possible but WAY unhealthy!.!. you would faint!.!. constantly, from lack of solid food

the tredmill!.!. running around an average size park is 1-4 mile
