hey! i am 12 too and i am kinda over wieght but here's ur Schedule i did this for 2months trust me it worked i swear!
monday:eat only fruits (40 push ups)
tuesday:eat only vegtables( 40 crunches)
wensday: eat anything you want (20 crunches and 20 push ups)
thursday : eat only fruits (40 push ups)
friday: eat only vegtables( crunches)
saturday: fruit and vegtables (only 20 of both)
sunday:anything you want (20 crunches 20 push ups)
HOPED IT HELPES IT HELPED ME<3

1!.eat salads and fruites with every meal and snack
2!. go to a track or a local brec and run 2 miles (bring water bottle and music device)
3!. do at least 15 jumping jacks and sit ups every day
4!. no oil or fry food
5!. no fast foods
if u want the monday tuesday kinda scedule ask ur teacher!.!.!. hope we can be freinds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just limit yourself on your food and drink lots of water,and try to jog a few times a week!.its always good for you!.if your 12 youll outgrow the weight most likely!.good luck=)Www@Answer-Health@Com
