My daughter is 16 and in the past 3yrs!. she has gained 20 pounds

20lb in 3 years for a growing teenager sounds fine!. If she is really active and athletic 155 is a very good weight for her!. If she stops, then she may want to lose some as the muscles reduce!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
