Question: Is this a good daily diet!?
I'm 13 and i wanna lose a little tummy fat, I'm not fat fat i weigh 110!.
but anyway today i drank about 5 20 oz!. bottles of water, and i didn'tsnack all day!.!.!.and i ate my 3 meals!.
Is this healthy!?
will I lose weight!?
what exercises can I go to get abs!?!?

However, drink 28 more oz of water to make a gallon!.
No snacking is very good!.
This is very healthy and you'll lose weight for sure!.
Just do crunches and situps!.
Start with 50 each until you can do 75 each, 100 each, 200 each, then 300 each!.
It's gonna be very hard but make sure you do at least 300 a day for a week to see those abs!.
So that could be 150 each exercise!. 50 in morning, 50 in afternoon, and 50 at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you only need to drink 3 of those 20oz bottles and it seems healthy enough if your having square meals on not dinkie little o i had a bowl of soup kind of thing, and just crunch, sit up, !.!.!.basically what i do ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com
