Question: How to lose the last 10lbs!
I already exercise everyday and eat healthy, but for some reason i CANT lose the last 10lbs!

The last 10 lbs is the hardest!.

Now i think you should step up your exercise plan a little bit!.

For this exercise you need either a treadmill, cross trainer, or just jogging!.

You do a normal pace like a warm up for the first 3 minutes!.

then do this!.

30 seconds as fast as you can
30 seconds normal pace
30 seconds fast
30 seconds normal
30 seconds fast
30 seconds normal
1 minute fast
1 minute SLOW
1 minute normal
1 minute fast
30 seconds normal
30 seconds fast

3 minutes slow to settle down your heart beat!.

That is the best way to do the exercise!. Its gonna be hard but trust me its definetly gonna work!.

Also drink a minimum of 2 liters water a day!.

Have a full breakfast in the mornings so your metabolism starts properly!.

Try eating healthy lunch and dinner!. No oil!.

Tuna in brine with salad and low fat mayo!.
Chicken breast with salad and brown break!.
Drink home made shakes with no added sugar!. ( get 4 bananas, stick it in the blender, add some low fat milk and blend it!. Great shake, no fat, good for metabolism!.)

Just do what feels right and you will lose it!.

Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it!.
Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
