Having Diet Problems??!
Question: Having Diet Problems!?!?
I have a major diet problem i lost 16 pounds and was at 220 on thursday and that night i didnt really exercise as much and i didnt eat a as healthy dinner!.Then friday i didnt exercise but i still did pretty good on my food!.
When i woke up friday i weighed 224 and saturday i weighed 225 where did i go wrong!?And what is this about!?what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry!. Just get back to exercising and dieting fast!. The longer u wait the more ull gain!.
