When people say "make sure you are engaging your abs when you do it"

The abdominal wall can support a huge amount of weight, and will protect your spine from injury!.


Your abs wrap around your sides and form a tube!.

and heres a little tip, lol, my brother puts weights on his stomach wen he does sit-ups and it really helps build up the ab muscles like a lot!.
