1!. how much is in your intestines, this varies according to how much fiber you eat, and how much exercise you get!.
2!. how much salt you eat day to day, eating salt causes you to retain a bit more water, so does not drinking enough water to flush bodily waste products, and so does the point in your menstrual cycle (if you are female! lol) If you don't drink enough water or eat a lot of salt, you will weigh more!.
3!. your weight IS changing a tiny amount if you over eat, or if you diet!.!.!. but it is really a very tiny amount day to day!. If you gain or lose 5lbs in a week (which is a lot) of actual body mass (rather than water or change in intestinal contents) it will still be less that a pound per day, and the other factors can easily hide or exaggerate one pound per day, especially menstrual bloat, which can amount to 5 pound in itself!.

it is best to weigh weekly, on the same day and time, unless weighing is inspiring to you and helps you focus!. either way though it is the trend that counts, not the weight of the day :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. It's a myth!. You gain weight if you take in more calories than u expend each day!.
