Well it's better than going and eating a greasy McDonald's breakfast, that's for sure!. At least you are eating something wholesome to get your metabolism going and you are drinking water instead of a beveraged spiked with sugar and caffeine!. I don't see a problem with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
