Does anybody still workout to Richard Simmons?!


Question: Does anybody still workout to Richard Simmons!?
Does anybody!? I did his workout tapes in middle school 15 some years ago when the PE teachers made us do his workouts once or twice a month!. This is when his workouts first started coming out!.

I know they are out on DVD now!. I need to loose some 300 pounds, will working out to his tapes help get me on the right track for someone's who hasn't worked out in 10 years!?

I know he's annoying as hell, but I can just press the mute button on tv and put on my own music!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the above poster, The biggest looser workout dvd's are far better!. May take you a while to be able to keep up with them, but very much worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always liked the tapes when my mom use to use them!. The 80's music was great!. Anything will help though!. Just get moving!. You could start out by walking in your neighborhood!. I heard the Biggest loser DVD's are good!. My cousin and his wife lost weight and toned using them!. I'm going to try them!. I know I personally need to get myself back in shape!. I'm depressed that I've gained 15 ibs in a year!. Also, go to weight watchers!. I lost 20 lbs using that diet and the meetings were really helpful!. I hope this helps =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know what try it whats the worst that could happen it!. i would go to a nutritionist thats what i am doing it is so helpful i am trying to loose weight to!. make sure you are eating healthy and work out for an hour 3-5 days a week it will help even just brisk walking i am glad you are deciding to make these changes!. it really helps if people are there and work out with you i think idk just try different things it will take time so be patient Www@Answer-Health@Com

try "the biggest loser workout dvd' they have two out and they're way better and customized for males or females and you can customize the length of them as well!.!. it lets you add different segements to create your own workout and I found it very effective and fast! Www@Answer-Health@Com
