Question: Good work out for a 15 year old
hi, well im 6ft 2in and weigh 154 lbs, and was wondering if you guys could help me with a good work out on my upper body (arms, abs, chest)!. i also wondered how many times a week i should do this!. i have access to bicep curls weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do your chest arms and shoulders on diffrent days,
leave one day for rest,

i think that you should do as much as you think suitable, ask these questions
1, how much time do you have
2, have you been doing exercises like this before,
3, how fit do you think you are

Go to your local gym!. Lift weights!. Do crunches, that gets you a six pack!. about every other day you should work out for about an hour or so!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
