Question: Stubborn fat around belly/ waist!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!
im so frustrated!! for about 2 weeks i've been on this plan where i've pretty much cut out all sweets/ salty foods!. exercising everyday!. I feel great!. BUT there is this layer of fat around my belly and waist that WON"T go away!!! if anything , it looks like it sticks out even more than it did before! what can i do!?!? i've tried sooooo many ab exercises, cardio!.!.!.!.!. what now!?!?!!! plz help! Two weeks will not be enough!. Continue doing what you are doing!. There are some yoga exercise that will help to reduce fats at belly and waist!.

There are also other forms of push-ups, stomach lifts and pull ups will also help you to get rid of belly fat in a short period of time!.

Just keep plugging along with your diet and do lots of cardio!. Fat burns from your entire body, you don't get to pick where!. Just keep at it and soon you'll notice a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
