I'm getting pissed ... 10 pounds won't come off!!!!


Question: I'm getting pissed !.!.!. 10 pounds won't come off!!!
Okay, I work out for 1 hour on Monday (kickboxing), two hours on Tuesday (yoga/pilates and cardio), two hours on Wednesday (circuit training/kickboxing) and 1 hour on Thursday (cardio dance)!. At this point, I can't add another day in my schedule, though I'm thinking of taking up swimming!. I can't get this 10 pounds to move!. It's just 10 freaking pounds for goodness' sake!. Any tips for tricking the body!?!?!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
