Question: Feel sleepy after eating!.!.
what should I do if I feel sleepy after eating!?/
If I need to study, I need a quiet place
I also cannot study if I am hungry
but!.!.!.if I eat, I feel sleepy
any ideas!?

eating foods high in carbohydrates might be the cause!.
also don't drink milk when you need to be awake, a study has shown it makes people sleepy
Try something high in protein, like prawn/chicken salad!.
Don't drink coffee because the sugar rush will only make you feel more tired after wards and caffeine is less effective the more you drink it eat an apple instead studies have proved eating an apple is more effective at keeping you up then coffee, the chewing action wakes you up!.
if your sleepiness is due to lack of sleep at night, then take a 20 minute nap and have an apple, it feels way better!.

Coffee is a good short-term quick fix!. But you have to be careful with it though!.
I agree that you should eat b4 studying, but don't stuff yourself!. It's natural to feel a little sleepy after eating, because your body focuses on your stomach for digestion!.
But if you aren't sleep deprived, it shouldn't be too big of a problem!. So make sure you are getting 8 hours a night, and it will help your studying a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat food with less sodium because that can make you be tired, never eat chinese food!. Study early in the morning or eat lunch take a nap then study!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
