Workout Plan for Teens?
What would you recomend?
I'm 15-years-old, 5 ft and 4 in tall, and about 140 lbs.

I'm planning on using a workout "machine".
Answers:
The first thing you should do is get check out by a doctor and make sure you are in good health to start a workout. The next thing is what are you wanting to do? Get a bigger chest? Stronger arms or legs? Muscles? Once you know what you want then go from there. You should work out at least 3 times a week. And be sure that you stretch before and after your workout. If you are going to be lifting weights make sure you have a spotter there with you. If I knew what it is you are trying to obtain, then I could give you a workout sheet to follow. Also your diet is important as well.
