Question: Weight training problems
im gonna start weight training and im not sure how to do squats!. like i dont wanna fall backwards and look like a lil *****!. what can i do!. what do i do!.

Alright first off don't support your weight on your heels, don't lean forward but try and put your weight towards the front of your feet!. Place the bar on your shoulders, but not on your neck!. I've noticed that's what a lot of people do when they first start lifting and hurt themselves!. The bar should be resting in a comfortable position behind your neck and on your shoulders!. Now just squat down, keeping your back straight, until your *** is parallel with the ground and come back up!.
Most people don't go all the way down and can do much more weight but don't pay attention to them, they are accomplishing very little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
