Question: I hate diets of any kind, strongly dislike exercising and cant stick to a balanced diet!?
How on earth am I going to lose 20 Lbs!? I know, all this makes myself sick from the lack of commitment!. Never thought that losing 20 even 15 lbs!. was going to be such a battle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for a workable diet
here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!. remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You dont have to go to the gym!.!.!. Im sure there is SOME form of exercise that you might actually enjoy!.!.!. what about a team sport, or downhill skiing, or kayaking!? A lot of things don't even feel like exercise, maybe try and change the way you're thinking about exercise!. What about going for a walk with a friend or hiking!? Sometimes what I do is when I'm watching tv I make myself do little strength training exercises during the commercial breaks!.!.!.!. as for the balanced diet, sometimes people need to have a health scare before they realize how important it is!.!.!. everytime you eat try thinking about how it will affect your body!.!. is what you're putting in your body going to help or hinder it!? exercising really sucks when you start out!. but instead of saying you can!.!. try looking or the reason why you should!.
exercise= endorphinss!.!.!.indorphan makes you happy!

as for your diet, i recommend reading this book called "Skinny *****" written by Kim Barnouin, Rory Freedman!. it is a really good that that really helps!. and i promise its not boring!.

lastly, you have to have the ambition to actually want to loose the weight!. once you decide that your going to do it, it will be alto easier!. its all in the attitude!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know this sounds weird, but what my mom did worked for her, and she loves junk food and hates exercising!. find pictures of girls who are the weight you aspire to be, and tape those pictures in your refrigerator, food cabinets, on your treadmill, and anywhere else you need motivation!.

i had that problem too!.!.!.now i've reached a weight where i just am unhappy with myself so i did start going to the gym which isnt so bad!.!.!.try it i bring a book, sometimes go w/ a friend so it doesnt suck so much!.!.!.!.or try somethign that's not like excersize take up kyaking or swimming or tennis!.!.!.then it's fun excersize!.!.!.good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just replace one meal with SLIM FAST or some other meal replacement

and if you say you can't its because you are eating too late at night

Its exercise but it's so0o0o0o00o0o much fun!.!.!.it doesn't even feel like exercise more like a night out in tj hitting the clubs
