How long do I have to do sit ups to get a flatter stomach?!


Question: How long do I have to do sit ups to get a flatter stomach!?
i'm 12 and i want to lose weight before school starts!. please help me! also what kind of diet do u recommend me!. i weight 105lbs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do sit-ups, start off with 10 a day, then slowly start doing more, by the time you get to school it should hopefully be flat, and make sure you don't eat junk food, drink about 2 liters a day!. Don't starve yourself,

ok, first sit ups do not give you a flat stomach, only losing weight will take off fat from your body and then your stomach may look flat!. Sit ups will only build muscle under the fat!. so stop all sugars, (sweets, juice, energy drink, fruits) and eat properly and youll lose fat dont forget to exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can't lose weight selectively on your stomach!. Doing sit-ups and crunches will not make you lose weight!. Those kinds of exercises are for muscle toning!.

You might want to look into some cardio like running, biking, swimming etc!. They are the best ways to trim down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
