Is this what i should eat before a match?!


Question:

Is this what i should eat before a match?

i have a tournement at 10:30 and i wake up around 7:00
is this a good thing to do before a match:
wake up, a lil warm up, cereal, a banana, 2 peices of toast
then make some pasta, 2 more bananas, another peice of toast, lots of water and a red bull?
would that be good and make me ready for the match

for what sport? add some protein a little bit in your food. forget the red bull, but have some vitamins water during your tournaments. Eat some oat meal, it's a slow digestion process, you want cabs in your body if you are going to burn calories. Forget the cereal, put butter and jelly on your toast, drink some fruit juice too. Pasta are good they're going to burn slowly.
